Refund and Return Policy
At Rijaal, we take pride in creating apparel that reflects purpose, quality, and comfort. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 15 days of your delivery date, as long as your item meets our return requirements and a return request has been initiated by email.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Free of any odors, stains, or damage
- With all original tags attached
- Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
If your return meets all conditions, you may be eligible for the following:
FULL REFUND
A full refund may be issued when:
- The product was purchased at full price
- The return request is made within 15 days of delivery
- All return conditions are met
- Order is within the United States
Note: If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be issued minus the cost of the original shipping label.
The maximum amount refunded back to your original payment method is $200.
Any refund amount above $200 will be issued as store credit.
STORE CREDIT
If your return is initiated after 15 days but within 90 days of delivery and meets all return conditions, you will receive store credit instead of a refund. If your item was purchased with a discount code or during a sale, it will only be eligible for store credit.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date issued
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted back to cash
- Partial refunds or store credit may be issued based on time elapsed or merchandise condition.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
The following items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for refunds:
- Any purchases made during site-wide promotions, blowout sales, clearance events, Eid sales, or Black Friday
- Any order where a discount code, promo code, or coupon code was applied (store credit only)
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
- We do not offer price adjustments for items that later go on sale.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Rijaal stands behind the quality of every piece. If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Notify us within 2 days of receiving your order
- We offer a 100% money-back guarantee or a free replacement, depending on your preference

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Rijaal does not provide prepaid labels.
We strongly recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Purchasing shipping insurance
Rijaal is not responsible for lost packages or return shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
At this time, we do not offer prepaid international return labels.
International returns:
- Must be shipped with a trackable, insured method
- Are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Do not include refunds for duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at checkout
For duty or tax refunds, please contact your local customs authority.
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Rijaal is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us:
- All original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
- A 10–25% restocking fee may apply
- Reshipping requires payment of a new shipping invoice
- Our customer service team will notify you if your package is returned.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your return is received:
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
- Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement
If you haven’t received your refund within that timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Email us for further help
RIGHT TO DENY RETURNS
Rijaal reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or store credit if items do not meet our return policy requirements.
